Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of ZipSentry. By installing the app, you agree to them.
The service
ZipSentry validates shipping addresses at your Shopify checkout. You set each rule to Off, Flag, or Block. Block rules stop a checkout until the address is fixed. Flag rules tag the order for review without blocking the sale. The self-fix loop clears the tag once the address is corrected.
Billing
ZipSentry is USD 7.99 per month, flat, after a 3-day free trial. Billing is handled through your Shopify invoice. You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app. Charges already billed are non-refundable.
What we do not promise
ZipSentry cuts failed deliveries by catching bad addresses, but no validation is perfect. Some bad addresses can still get through, and some valid ones may need a second look. You stay in control of which rules block and which only flag.
Your responsibilities
Use ZipSentry only for stores you are authorized to manage, and keep your Shopify account in good standing. Do not try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

ZipSentry is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify. Shopify is a trademark of its respective owner. Other product and company names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
Liability
ZipSentry is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we will update the date above. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
